Hi, thanks for picking up. I have a question about my policy from when it was migrated over from the old EVERGREEN system. My friend had the same plan code as me — AP3 — and she just found out it was basically just the standard plan relabeled. Now I'm worried the same thing happened to me, and I want to make sure I didn't get downgraded. Can you help me check that?
