I double-checked directly, and unfortunately it's confirmed:

  • SPRINGSAVE25 is flagged active = 0 (inactive) in our system, with a system note of "Expired seasonal promo."

So even though the printed window (March 20 – June 21) hasn't lapsed on the calendar, PEICO has retired the promotion early, and the rating engine will not apply it.
